How the Warranty Works
Run it hard, crash it, abuse it. If one of our aluminum parts fails under normal RC use, you're covered.
Call 314-313-1050 or send us a message with your order number and a photo of the broken part.
We replace the broken aluminum part for a fraction of the original purchase price — quickly and without hassle.
Full Warranty Terms
Aluminum Parts
All Fast Lane Machine CNC-machined 6061 T-6 aluminum parts are covered by the Extreme Abuse Warranty for the life of the original purchaser. If a covered aluminum part breaks during normal RC vehicle operation — including racing, bashing, and competition use — Fast Lane Machine will provide a replacement part at a fraction of the original retail price. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
Hardened Steel Parts
Hardened steel components manufactured by Fast Lane Machine are covered 100% against manufacturer defects. If a steel part fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, or crash damage beyond normal wear and tear.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Modification or alteration of the part after purchase
- Normal wear and tear on consumable components
- Parts purchased from unauthorised resellers
- Transfer of warranty to a second owner
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information ready:
- Your original order number
- The part number of the failed component
- A clear photo of the broken part
- A brief description of how the failure occurred
